Brenda is amazing! She is kind, patient, honest, and easy to talk to. She really listens to what you want and works hard to into your perfect home. She proactive and sends you new properties that fit your preferences, suggests properties that maybe you wouldn’t have initially considered, and works with you to see the potential in a property. She is organized and is on top of her paperwork. She is quick to reply to messages. She also knows everyone- lenders, lawyers, inspectors, plumbers, carpenters, etc and can suggest someone for anything you need. I am so happy I got to work with Brenda. She’s not only an awesome realtor, she is an awesome person. She’s 100% on your team and has your back. Buying a house is not easy right now, but she stuck with me the whole way!
