Brenda listened to my needs and situation. She stayed on top of all needed steps and went above and beyond during the entire process. I needed to hire tradesmen to complete a few items and to take care of the house after I moved out until it sold. She was on top of it. She made contact to ensure availability and even scheduled some tasks for me. The house sold quickly at the price I wanted. Her communication is top notch. She is honest and sincerely cares about people. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend her and would hire her again when needed.
