Brenda was extremely knowledgeable and a great help while i was searching for my home. She helped guide me through the process with and absolutely stress free. She made herself available whenever i had a question, no matter how trivial it may have been. Very professional and organized. We had a lot of fun looking for houses and she was very patient. We found a nice home in a short amount of time. She and everyone at Realty One in Spirit Lake did an OUTSTANDING job. I will be recommending Brenda to everyone that is looking for or selling a house.
