My husband & I recently closed on our DREAM home, all thanks to Brenda!! Ms. Cochran was referred to us by a previous client that raved about their wonderful experience, so we didn't hesitate to give her a call when we began house hunting. We're so glad we did!!! In my personal opinion we had a slightly challenging task. Not only were we first time home buyers, we wanted to relocate to a specific smaller community & had a long list of must haves. As a first time home buyer I was very nervous. After recommendations from several people, I sought help from Brenda Cochran. She immediately put me at ease and did not make me feel pressured or that I needed to be "on my guard." The second house we looked at spoke to me and felt like home. I thought the process usually took months of visiting houses, anxiety, and indecision. How could I have found The One on the second try? We had to act fast which made me nervous, however Brenda put me at ease and helped me feel confident with my choice. Luckily, the sellers accepted my offer and the process began. Brenda kept me up to date with each step along the way and was quick to answer any questions I had (which were numerous and, at times, silly). The sellers' realtor was difficult to work with but Brenda kept her composure and still managed to negotiate like a champ. Not only did she help me keep calm, she encouraged me to get excited without getting my hopes up. Now I'm starting renovations on My Home and couldn't be happier.
