She's thorough and keeps you abreast during the selling or buying process, which can be daunting.
Both Brenda and Ashley Mudder went above and beyond their duties. I moved from out of state and was in contact with Brenda for several months before I could visit Florida. Once I came to Florida, both Brenda and Ashley set up all day appointments for me to view properties. The whole process from looking at properities in different areas, to offering was smooth. Ashley was amazing in coordinating all requests between the property managers, HOA, seller and myself. Both Brenda and Ashley came days after my closing to help me sort through furniture and belongings that were left in the house. I highly recommend them!
