Where do I start!! This great woman helped us in our journey to find a home in so many ways. We just happened to stumble upon a listing that Brenda had and loved the home. We placed the call to Brenda expressing our interest about the home in a voicemail on a Sunday night. The following morning Brenda returned the call and apologized as the owners of the home had just accepted an offer the day prior and were closing quickly, without having to ask, Brenda volunteered herself in helping us find a home! We looked at 15-20 homes and finally found the house we currently own. She was so great during the process, not once did we feel pressured into something nor did she allow us to become discouraged when two offers fell through and the houses sold from under us. The house we ended up buying was a foreclosure that is worth an immense amount more than what the offer was and the listing agent was dragging his feet, doing everything he could to stall, allowing our offer to fall through and have the opportunity to make more. Brenda fought hard to get us the proper and accurate information on the property and worked diligently to marke sure everything was moving along as quickly as it possibly could! Seeing as how both my Fiancé and I are 22 years old and this is our first home, without Brenda's help we would have never gotten this house, we could not thank her enough! If and when we do sell this home the first call I will make is to this wonderful woman not only to try and help us sell our house but also find a new home. Shes like part of the family now and forever will be considered a friend.
