As a former teacher, I ventured into real estate in January, 2009, six months after the crash of the real estate market.
At the end of the year of 2010, I was faced with a decision, and I chose the road less traveled and it has made all the difference. Old saying but so true. I decided to bring a new label in Real Estate to Sheboygan County, North Shore Homes, Inc. A real estate brokerage established in 2008 in the northern shore of Milwaukee. A company that offered me an opportunity of a life time.
With the support of some great owners and my family, I established myself as a residential real estate agent who was determined to do real estate different. And so it began, a slow market with tons of opportunity to build my reputation and to build relationships.
In 2013, I became part owner of the company and continued my mission of selling real estate as though I was making no money at all. The words of my beloved husband, which encouraged me to remain humble.
In 2016, something unexpected happened, my journey started involving other agents who saw the worth of my company, and that they too could do real estate differently. In a year, I found myself moving to a larger office and managing an office of nearly 10 agents.
And here we are. A company painted in purple. Growing and learning from one another. An office where our filters are Legal, Ethical, and Fair. An office that encourages, celebrates and embraces the success of each other. Wow......in no uncertain terms, did I expect this Blessing.
