Wow! Where do I begin? This has been such an amazing journey purchasing our first home and Brenda has been the "It Factor" of the entire process! Brenda's professionalism is unsurpassed. Her knowledge of the mortgage world provided us with the abilities to make sound decisions without compromising what we wanted. Her insight on the area we were interested in gave us the leg up that we needed. I always felt like we were a step ahead. "Knowledge is power!!" The way she communicated with the selling agent was extremely detailed, accurate, and fast, fast, fast!! Most importantly she listened to what we wanted, was always very patient and respectful, and offered advice but never once did she encourage us to do something we didn't want to do. I would recommend her 100 times out of 100! She's a superstar!
