Brenda was very knowledgeable of the 55+ community that we had a lot for sale on. Her and her team put together a great presentation and was on the market in a very timely manner. She stayed in contact through out the process of selling the lot with weekly updates. when she found a buyer for our lot and schedule a closing we were out of town at that time and it was no problem as she had us do the closing remotely and that process also went flawlessly.

Cheesy and cliché, perhaps, but definitely a true statement! Adding Brenda to our team when searching for our first home to purchase was absolutely the best decision we could have made! Not only does she know the ins and outs of the world of Realty due to her many years of experience, she was also highly dedicated and worked hard for us, and only us (not our loan company, and certainly not the seller!)
