Brenda was a pleasure to work with. She made everything so easy and was available for any question. She is very familiar with the area and has great insight. I will definitely recommend her to any and all making a move to Melbourne Florida.
As a buyer’s agent , Brenda was exceptional across the board. Her knowledge of the market was extensive, she was detail oriented, very responsive and a model of professionalism coupled with a warm and personal touch. Her perserverence was notable in the face of a very challenging transaction that was on the verge of collapsing on several occasions. She went beyond the normal bounds to ensure a successful closing. Highly recomend !
On January 10, 2025, I purchased my dream home in Malabar. In order to do so, I had to sell my townhome. Brenda educated me on the entire selling and buying process. She is very knowledgeable and always answered my multitude of questions very promptly. Selling or buying a home is a very big decision and Brenda was very patient with me. There was never any pressure from her on anything. The big decisions were mine alone, but she was there to support and educate. That is exactly what a realtor should be. At the end of it, I not only got a home I adore, but made a friend in Brenda too. I highly recommend her to anyone in the market. She is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and patient! I was very lucky to find her.
Brenda did an outstanding job with our recent out of state purchase. She gave very precise instructions and hooked us up with the right people!
