I'm writing this review because my realtor, Rick Santana, was and is one of the best realtors that I had the pleasure of knowing and working with. I entrusted him with the buying of my house in St. Pete, and also with the selling of that same home.Both sales were done from CT and I honestly can say it wouldn't have happened, or have been as successful as these transactions were, if not for Rick.
