Brenda is amazing to work with! That’s why we always go to her. She has helped us buy and sell several homes, and every time she is a great resource. She knows the neighborhoods and is spot on with pricing. She listens to our needs and has a great eye for homes. She is super professional, prompt, and has everything put together. Plus she’s super fun to hang out with while house shopping :) Whenever someone asks me for a recommendation, I always tell them, “You want Brenda!”

We’re coming from out of state and know no one in real estate in MI. We had met Brenda in the past at a hot air balloon launch and were impressed by her. When we decided to purchase a home here we had her card and called Brenda. She was immediately responsive to our needs and began working with us. Once our lone was approved we began seriously searching for a home. Brenda rose to the challenge and the second house we looked at we bid on and won. Brenda did not stop there, but continued to guide and walk us through to the closing. Even after closing on the house Brenda worked with Denise on making sure we didn’t do anything that would devalue the property in the future. Brenda is a terrific asset to the agency and deserves accolades for her dedication to the client.

We worked with Brenda previously when I sold my house in 2015 and were really excited to work with her again on the purchase of our recent home. Brenda was always quick to reply to our calls and texts and was quick to meet us when needed to view home showings. She provides great feedback and advice during the process, while still being extremely flexible on the locations we visit and the types of homes we view. Brenda is also very knowledgable of the industry and will go to bat for you whenever necessary. We would highly recommend Brenda to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

My husband and I had a vacant 13 acre piece of land in Cedar Springs that we contracted with Brenda to sell. Brenda traveled to our home in the Standale area with the paperwork and we were impressed from the start. She went head and shoulders over the best to meet our needs as well as the new buyers for our beloved piece of land. She was thorough and kept us abreast of all matters regarding the sale of our land.

We appreciate how involved she was every step of the way. She went out of her way to help and guide us, answering every question and finding us resources. Always enjoyable to be around!!

Excellent service, absolutely no complaints!

Brenda is our realtor of choice, especially for the northern Kent County area. She was very helpful in refining our vision of the land we were looking for. Her extensive knowledge of the market enabled us to find the right parcel and close with minimal fuss. I'm quite happy with our experience as buyers through Brenda, and the Rockford Remax team. Thanks again for making this happen!

Brenda's knowledge and experience exceeded my expectations. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. Re/Max United is the best restate office I have ever dealt with. Highly recommended.

Best agent I have ever seen

Brenda was very easy to work with! She was knowledgeable, straight forward, and always available to answer questions. She walked me through my options and made the whole process simple.

Brenda was amazing and so helpful when it came to selling my home. She gave great insight and advice. It was a bittersweet moment signing the papers but I look forward to the next chapter of my life. I will definitely reach out to her when I’m ready to buy another house.

Brenda Beerthuis is an excellent realtor, she has been very helpful during my home search and highly recommend her to help any one who is looking for home.
