Brenda Ball helped us buy two houses and sell one. The first house was purchased in 2001, sold in 2019, and the second house was purchased in August 2019. She is not only an incredible Real Estate Professional, but she is also one of the kindest people you'll ever meet. Her expertise in Real Estate far exceeds any other experience we've had with buying and selling homes. Brenda is extremely knowledgeable, wise, works well with everyone, keeps you informed, and she is trustworthy beyond words. She is there with you until every "t" is crossed and every "i" is dotted. She has always made us feel like she has our back from start to finish. She consistently goes out of her way to complete all tasks involved, until docs are signed, sealed and delivered. The smallest of details are kept at the top of the list, right there along with the big things! What we really like is how Brenda goes about finding houses that each of her clients might enjoy viewing. She asks all the questions in order to refine the list of those you'd want to see.
