Brenda is a wonderful person and excellent realtor. I’m inTexas. I had been researching properties around Mountain View Arkansas for several years. When I first saw the listing I was concerned the property (which had been listed 3 days earlier) mighty have existing offers. I reached out through Zillow and they put me in contact with Brenda Astle. She offered to drive out to the property and make a YouTube video and send it to me. I told her I was interested and drove the 7 hours to see the property a day later. Brenda contacted the listing agent who had several offers on the table and requested he wait an additional day. Brenda bought a pair of coveralls and on that cold and wet February afternoon walked the majority of those steep, heavily wooded 12 acres with me. That same afternoon we made it back to the office and made an offer that evening which they accepted the next morning. What a wonderful lady. I don’t think anyone else would have done that for me. She later helped me find a surveyor and coordinated the perc test with the State and local office. The closing went as planned with no surprises and we are now the proud owners of a beautiful wooded mountainside just outside Mountain View. You couldn’t ask for a better experience or realtor!
