We have partnered with Brenda on multiple sales and purchases. We requested to have Brenda help us with out most recent transactions because she is very responsive to texts, emails, and calls, she is knowledgeable about the local market, she is patient. Overall, Brenda has been great to work with!
Brenda offered as many services that we needed. She was friendly, and professional.
Brenda was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable in this market and helped my elderly parents through the process of selling their home of 61 years. Brenda walked us through the process from start to finish always advising where necessary including areas that may have been difficult to hear. She was accommodating to my parents, meeting them at the Assisted Living facility multiple times, and communicated well with them, making complicated aspects easily understood. Brenda nailed the selling price, which resulted in multiple offers and a VERY quick sale, which is exactly what Mom and Dad needed. Highly recommended, motivated, accommodating, going above and beyond to make the selling process as easy as possible. Thank you Brenda.
We turned to Brenda Albert at Laer Realty Partners after the sudden death of our youngest sister left us with the nearly completed house she had been building. Brenda worked closely with us as we finished the house and put it on the market. She went the extra mile in preparing the property to show, negotiating with the buyer's agent, and closely communicating with us in a timely manner concerning all things related to selling our property. We deeply appreciated her willingness to work with us as out-of-state sellers, her knowledge of and experience in the real estate market, as well as her sensitivity to the circumstances that led us to need her services. Based on Brenda Albert's expertise, professionalism, and commitment to the seller, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking the services of a realtor.
Brenda is very knowledgeable about the market, and was able to assist me in getting it marketed well. She was also available every and anytime I had a question or issue.
Brenda is thoughtful, compassionate, friendly but professional. Her knowledge, expertise, and commitment go above and beyond to ensure her clients get the best selling price. Her expertise in all aspects helped me tremendously. Always reassuring, supportive and makes it her priority to get to know the client and their needs. Would recommend her to anyone interested in selling, buying or renting real estate!
Brenda has been working with my family for many many years. I have been living in SoCal for 30+ years and a couple years ago my wife and I decided we needed a place to call home in the Westminster area. I cannot remember exactly when we first asked Brenda to start looking, but it was 2, maybe 3 years ago. We are very selective and we know that it can be frustrating working with us. Thank God Brenda is patient and encouraging even to those who like us are unwilling to compromise. She knew what we wanted and when the house we just bought hit the market, Brenda made sure i knew about it within an hour.....even though I was 3000 mile's away. The house had multiple offers, many of which were very aggressive. Brenda guided us thru the maze of negotiation, even though the ongoing discussions became quite unconventional. She used her calming demeanor to educate us on the current market forces, and current market values, while putting us in the best position to ultimately enter into an agreement with our seller, whose family had owned the property for 70 years. In this confusing market, Brenda's voice of reason and her many decades of experience make her an invaluable asset in any real estate transaction.
Brenda and Mike were wonderful to work with. We worked with them in the past and was again an amazing experience. Any questions we had she answer them thoroughly. Anytime we needed her, she was there helping us. I would sell with her in the future in a second.
I can not express enough how wonderful Brenda is. Not only is she professional, she is very knowledgeable. Brenda has a sixth sense about real estate and always goes the extra mile. She will return calls promptly even on a weekend or evenings. Having worked with other realtors over the years I have not had one that could compare! Brenda is the tops in her field and simply the best!
I met Brenda around 2001. At that time she helped me sell my first home. She then helped me with the purchase and sale of second house. Many years later we reconnected and she has helped both of my children with the purchase of their house. She is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend her for all your realtor needs. She understands the market conditions and guides you every step along the way
I could not have asked for a better experience as a first time home buyer. I am beyond thankful for Brenda, Mike, and Caroline for making this process as seamless and stress free as possible!
Thank you Brenda for making a very bitter-sweet decision on my part go so smoothly. Very kind and considerate.
