As first-time Florida homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns about buying on the water during 2023 with all new regulations in play. My agent, Brenda, was incredibly patient and understanding. She took the time to explain every detail and was available whenever i needed her. Her knowledge of the area was impressive, and she was able to use this to my advantage when negotiating. She was incredibly organized and always kept me informed. She found me the perfect home within my budget, which i bought from NYC because she knew exactly what i was looking for and she sent me video and live walk-throughs till i was satisfied it was my perfect second home. I would recommend her without reservation. Highly recommended!
