I realistically had a month and a half to find a home and complete the escrow process, all virtually because of COVID-19 travel constraints. She understood the time constraint from the get-go and was very responsive to my needs. She used online resources to send documents safely and quickly, gave a virtual tour of the home with Skype to show proof of repairs and the overall condition of the home, and was readily available to give advice thru phone, email, and text on a variety of issues.
