This is my third interaction with BreffnyRouse. My1st was as a buyer and she guided me efficiently and had answers to all my questions as first time homebuyer in 2008. Two months later we put our old house up for sale. Breffny and her team had everything we needed in house to make the sale go efficiently. The home inspection and closing process was a breeze. She was a great go between for us and the buyer. She was at my side for all questions and immediately found a resolution. I would use her in any future transactions whether for investment or home ownership.
