I can't say ANYTHING bad about her! She made our process so simple! She went north, south, and east with us to look at houses we wished to look at for a possible home. Breana was such a joy to work with. We knew from the first day we met with her in our home that we wanted to work with her. We were obviously worried about the impact of COVID-19 but we knew she would do right by us from how she walked into our home with her mask on and asking us questions like can I open that door, do you want me to take my shoes off? etc. She had all the documents handy and only made in person contact when needed but her communication through out were top notch. She would send a text if you asked her to or an email in lieu of and that flexibility made it so easy to get requested docs over to her. Bre made sure the offer we accepted on the sale of our home was a strong one and got all required proof to make sure we were accepting a good deal. When an issue about a loose siding came up 2 days to closing, Bre literally owned that stress for us by sending out a professional to make sure it was all taken care of.
