Braxton was very helpful in negotiating with sellers and was able to provide good advice when we needed it. He made himself available at all times, even during evenings and weekends, and was very responsive to calls and texts. Braxton went above and beyond to help us navigate this process and feel comfortable as first-time homebuyers. I highly recommend working with him!!
