This was our third transaction that we completed working with Brant and as in the past his professionalism made the experience very rewarding and easy for us. From the " lets sell it" to the "money in the bank", his guidance and management of the process was flawless.

He is a great guy. Was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the listing and selling process. He answered all of the questions we had for the whole process. Also answered all questions in a very timely manner. He kept us up to date as the houses were being listed, put under contract and sold. We will use him again in the future.

Brant suggested listing my house for more than any of the three realtors I interviewed. Then, he sold it for asking price!!! I was very pleased and he is a great realtor with an outstanding feel for what the market will bear. I was very pleased!!
