You’re really dealing with someone that lives at holiday village and is on the hoa board. List the best properties, knows the in and out of everything. I’ve looked at other realtors and their based in Dallas and refer you another local realtor. My situation was/is complicated with a trailer I bought in Terrell and the lot I purchased that needs to be improved for the trailer. Still to be seen what happens with hoa permits and how soon they approve or deny, I’ve seen suggested improvements move from Dallas to HV, but overall 5 star review for Brannon.
