Brandy was my realtor for my first-time home-buying experience. I was able to buy a lovely townhome in South Boulder, which for me was a dream-come-true! Throughout the process, Brandy was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable about the market. I felt like she genuinely cared about what it was that I wanted and that she went the extra mile for me. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have gone under contract if it weren't for her negotiating skills.
