My husband and I had planned to list our home for sale by owner, and Brandy Reaves reached out to us, letting us know she thought we were severely under priced. She told us a price she would list at and how she would be beneficial, with her access to various networks non realtors don’t have access to, so we decided to list with her and she sold our home at list price in 8 days.She was super responsive and professional and I would feel confident in using her again if needed.
