Brandy is a great realtor!
Brandy worked hard preparing the listing for me. She sat down, and explained everything, We signed the initial paperwork, and set up a time to have her come and take pictures. We listed the next day. By that afternoon, we showed the house once, they made an offer, and I accepted. 9 days later, we closed and they took possession!! Wow, Brandy was so knowledgeable, and kind. She really worked so well with me. I highly recommend her!!!
