I truly can't say enough good things about Brandy Keener! She is extremely knowledgeable and professional in all matters pertaining to the Charleston real estate market. She helped us find a home in an extremely competitive market which took about one full year. So I should probably add persistence and patience to her list of attributes. She actually made a very stressful house search much easier.

Brandy advised us on how best to prepare the condo for sale. She knew the market very well and suggested a price that was higher than we anticipated. The condo went on the market on a Friday morning, and we had a signed contract for $5,00 more than the asking price by Saturday night. She was very responsive and helpful in answering all our questions. It was a pleasure having her help us.

When you work with her you also gain access to her amazing connections with every kind of professional associated with real estate. All that and she's just plain fun to be with and work with. She found my dream home for me in a matter of weeks and it wasn't even on the market yet, so I can vouch that she also is a miracle worker. I highly recommend Brandy and will be working with her again if I ever need to buy or sell property in Charleston.
