As a first time homebuyer I wasn’t sure what to expect when it came to having a realtor, but Brandy was a delightful surprise. My experience buying a home was a bit unique and at times difficult, but Brandy really went to bat for me. She stood up for me and made sure I was respected and fought for the home I wanted, all while being super friendly and fun to be around. She got work done fast and took care of everything and now I’m in my own home! I would recommend Brandy to anyone!

Brandy truly is a miracle worker! We had road block after road block on our house hunting journey. A year and a half of road blocks. But Brandy was extremely patient and flexible with us as we looked for our perfect house. When it came time to negotiate terms, she went to bat for us and got us quite a bit in concessions! She is so easy to work with and wants what’s best for you. I loved that she called us at the very beginning to get to know our family. Very, very personable. We love Brandy!

If you're looking to buy a home, look no further! Brandy and her team are the best in Utah. So knowledgeable, and so eager to help! They readily answered all of our questions and set us up with the home of our dreams (all within our budget!) We have tried other realtors before and felt like a burden for asking questions or wanting to look at more properties. Brandy couldn't be further from that! She will work as hard as possible to ensure that you get in the right home. 11/10, will be using them again after 10 or so happy years in this house! :)
