Brandy assisted us when we first moved to the Stafford area and helped us find and secure the most amazing property even with other offers present. Five years later we called on her again to help us sell that home so we could build our forever home. She was able to walk us through every step of selling from recommending small repairs to assisting with hiring painters. She was able to get our home on the market with only a few weeks notice and was able to negotiate a contract over our asking price just a few hours after we listed! I might also add that we are a military family and she has extensive experience working with military members and their families.
