I liked that she really listened to my expectations and desires for selling our home. She not only listened, but went above to make sure she met those needs. We originally from out of state, moving to Georgia with no knowledge of the the area or what a subdivision was for that matter. Brandy was amazing. We had only two days to look at houses. We sent Brandy a list of houses both my husband and myself - she took a lot of time to put the house list together, calling to make appointments happen in just those two short days we had. Brandy is one of the hardest working Realtors I've seen. We had not one but two houses to buy. Daily, Brandy kept us informed of what was going one. She anticipated problems before they happened and researched the best possible solutions to overcome them. She worked well with the other components involved in the purchase of our homes (Finance, Title, etc.) and made sure everyone had what they needed to keep the process flowing smoothly. Several times, Brandy went above and beyond the expectation of a Realtor to do whatever it took to help me get through an insurmountable obstacle. For example, she drove over 50 miles to pick up my elderly mother to take her to an IRS office to get a document that we needed. That IRS office required advanced appointments, which we did not have. Brandy, however, would not take no for an answer and did not leave until we had what we needed. I was a Realtor for 10 years in another state and if I ever decide to work in this field again, I'd be honored to work with her.
