Brandy was always available to answer questions or whatever we needed. She gave us good information straight, no sugar coating. Very trustworthy and had our best interests at heart. The kids wanted her to move in our new house!
Brandy had the opportunity to watch the our property as it was being totally remodeled inside and out. She happened to be the listing agent for the property next door. The market was right and she hit the listing price spot on. We had lots of showings and a few weeks later...FULL ASKING PRICE!
