I’m Brandy Brown, a Colorado Springs REALTOR®, Managing Broker, Army Veteran, and former Military Police Officer with more than 20 years of real estate experience. I help buyers and sellers throughout Colorado Springs and the Pikes Peak region navigate real estate with straightforward advice, experienced representation, and strong negotiation. My approach is simple: tell clients what they need to know, help them understand their options, protect their interests, and never pressure them into a decision just to get a transaction closed. As an Army Veteran and Military Relocation Professional (MRP), serving military members, Veterans, and their families is especially important to me. I understand that a PCS can involve tight timelines, long-distance decisions, changing orders, unfamiliar communities, and a lot more than simply finding or selling a house. I help military families buying, selling, or PCSing to and from the Colorado Springs area navigate those challenges with experience and practical guidance. I am also a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and negotiation is one of the areas where experience matters most. Price is only one piece of a real estate transaction. Terms, inspections, appraisal issues, deadlines, concessions, financing, and unexpected problems can all affect the outcome. My job is to help clients see the whole picture and make informed decisions throughout the transaction. In addition to traditional residential real estate, my experience includes first-time home buyers, new construction, land and acreage, downsizing, and multigenerational living. Today, I serve as Managing Broker at EXIT Realty Pikes Peak’s Colorado Springs location while continuing to personally represent buyers and sellers throughout the Pikes Peak region. After more than two decades in real estate, I’ve learned that transactions don’t always go according to plan. That’s when experience, communication, negotiation, and having the right person in your corner matter most.

If you want someone that is dedicated to finding you the right home for the right price look no further! Brandy and her team did an amazing job helping us sell and buy at the same time. Not only did we close on two homes on the same day but we also got the right home for the right price. Amazing Service and Experience

Brandy was always on top of everything. She really knew her stuff and was always available for questions or discussion. She didn't just give me a list of things that needed to be done.
