Brandt helped the reviewer buy this property

Very knowledgeable, helpful, communicative

Brandt, not only shared many houses for short term rentals, but also helped us figure out what needs to be done to maximize investment. He helped us get in touch with right people inspection, property manager and also design company (which seems to be necessary for short term rental property to stand out). He is very knowledgeable about different resorts where we can buy property, which ones are better, etc. Thank you Brandt for the help and will recommend him to anyone looking for investment property in Orlando area.
