Couldn't have asked for a better realtor for our house hunting and buying process! It was his facebook post a little over a year he had posted asking the community what's stopping them from buying a house and I commented. He responded that same day and pointed us in the direction we needed to go and after his advice 1 year later we are home owners! Brandon was there for us every step of the way and gave us his honesty and full attention. He never kept us waiting and I think he wanted this for us just as much as we did! Treated us like family and it's appreciated!!

I was moving from out of state and Brandon took every call of mine; did research on property I was interested in and set up time for me to look at multiple homes when I came into town. Great man and easy to work with!

When we initially contacted Brandon, it was through Zillow. We left a message on a Saturday evening. Brandon responded within half an hour! He organized many showings for us, on our time schedule of viewing only on weekends. He arranged several showings back-to-back, and worked this to our advantage. He took all of our requirements into consideration. He was respectful of our budget. He allowed us to review listings and come up with our own houses to see, as well as recommending homes that fit our needs. Brandon was very patient with us in our process; even with the changes in our specific requirements (mother-in-law suite, separate entrances, etc). He really worked FOR us in our search and we found our DREAM HOME based on one Brandon found for us that we had not considered upon our initial Zillow searches. He got to know us well enough and knows the area so well, he found this home that we didn't see for ourselves. We are eternally greatful to Brandon for this beautiful home in our new neighborhood.... for us, our children, and our parents!
