Nothing but good things to say. Brandon was the guy that talked very straight to me following a really poor realtor experience the 1st time I tried to sell my home. The second time around, I interviewed three realtors. First one seemed OK, the third was as slick as they come, and second interviewed was Brandon. Liked him right from the start because he came off as genuine. He told me how he would market the home, show it, follow up with folks, use market data, provide updates, communications, advocate, meet with inspectors etc. In the end, he did all of these things and more. Based on the work he did, I will gladly pass his name onto anyone that is selling/buying as he worked for the commission he inevitably received. Way to go Brandon.. Nice job!
