Brandon Smith took the time to share with me what could be done to improve value in the property. After repairs were done he listed timely with professional pictures that impressed me greatly. When discussing pricing he gave me the range of what he recommended. We created a good plan, the property was only listed 10 days before an offer came in. Brandon counseled during the negotiation process but also always listened to my ideas and concerns. Overall we hit a home run and it was due to the professional approach overall. This is the 2nd time I have worked with Brandon on a property and both times the process flow was smooth. I already have plans to purchase another property and Brandon is my guy.
