Great experience with Brandon selling my mother's house, helped set the asking price, filtered the offers, kept us apprised of all the activities throughout the entire process, offered great suggestions and was there as the sale was finalized. His managing of the process was especially important as we live 300 miles away but felt we were right there through his efforts. He made a difficult project seem easy with a great outcome.
