From Day One, when we initially called Brandon for a consultation, he demonstrated a competence and preparedness that was lacking in other realtors. On short notice, he came prepared with a comprehensive packet of comparable listings and sales in our immediate neighborhood. He didn’t pressure us, let us come to the decision to sell on our own terms, but did promise us that he only used the best people, and this proved to be the case. When we did sign with him, he worked hard on our behalf, hosting three open houses in quick succession, and always communicated with us on how they, and all viewings went, both positive and negative feedback from other realtors. When we accepted an offer, Brandon worked hard to make sure we met tight escrow timeframes, facilitating as much of the process for us as he could, and then some. When we were feeling stressed about meeting the timeframes, he brought amazing professionals to us to help us navigate some of the repairs and clearing out that needed to happen in order for the sale to finalize. Notably, he was always emotionally supportive and stayed positive throughout—even when we weren’t—and that was possibly his greatest contribution.
