We are so happy we found Brandon! He was recommended by a friend. He helped us find our home in Colorado and then a few years later sell the same home! He is a great person amazing at his job he is very knowledgeable about the area and the homes, also the laws! He communicates very well and willing to negotiate, I would recommend to everyone...

Brandon really went above and beyond to help me find my first home. He kept a look out for properties he knew would pique my interest and always made time for me with his busy schedule. As soon as he stepped foot onto the property I finally picked, he knew automatically that I had to see it and called me right away! Any questions or concerns I had, Brandon and his team were right there to assist whenever I needed it. Even now that we have settled into our new home, Brandon still calls every so often to see how we are doing and makes sure we have all the answers we need with being a first-time homeowner. Team Seibel is truly the best real estate team to work with in Colorado! I cannot thank them enough!

Our experience with Brandon Seibel at Keller Williams was extremely positive. He got us into an investment property that is perfect for our goals! My husband and I were nervous about owning a residential rental at this point in our lives. Brandon encouraged us to move at our own pace and to ask as many questions as we needed. In spite of his busy schedule, his availability was excellent. His answers were always helpful and accurate. If our questions were about something that required footwork and research, he would do the work thoroughly and get back to us on a timely basis. Our process and our needs were fairly complex, but Brandon's energy never waned. Now we own a property that will help us prepare for retirement. I've worked with a few realtors, but never have I experienced one as courteous, knowledgeable, effective, ethical and service oriented as Brandon. I look forward to relying on him again when it is time for our next real estate transaction. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling real estate in the Denver Region!

This was my second experience with Brandon Seibel and not only would I utilize him again, I recommend his services to my friends. He is very knowledgable about the real estate market and how to best prepare a house for sale. In addition, he did extensive research to prepare only houses that fit the criteria of what we were looking to buy. I never felt as if I was in any danger of getting into a bad deal. He is easy to talk to and trustworthy, which is very important to me when making a big decision such as this.

Brandon was awesome! This was our first home purchase, his knowledge and expertise was very helpful and he answered any questions or concerns we had. He was easy to get in touch with. We are really happy we had Brandon by our side.

This was our first time buying a home and were recommended to use Brandon through a person who has used him multiple times. Our experience in buying our first home with Brandon could not have gone better. I would give him 6 stars in each category if I could! Very responsive, highly professional and upholds high moral and ethical values which is hard to find these days.

The team has been great. They helped me find and purchase my first and second home and helped with the sale of my first. Brandon is honest and easy to communicate with.

Brandon really knows the market and because of that was able to get us almost 50k more than I originally thought we could. Plus we were under contract within a couple days of the house being listed.

Working with Brandon was great. My house was listed on a Sunday and I had 2 offers in my hands by Tuesday. Sold for more than the asking price. Things couldn't have gone any smoother.

Brandon and Ruth sold our home in approximately 30 hours. Very professional and thorough. I strongly recommend this team if you need to sell your home. Sean Lewis

Brandon and Ruth were so good to us! We felt truly comfortable and in good hands throughout the process. Brandon was very professional and always returned calls asap in the instances he hadn't already provided daily updates. This team is ready to answer every question and explain each step of the process. I would recommend Team Seibel to anyone that wishes to sell their home promptly and efficiently.

Brandon and Ruth were great to work with. They helped us sell our home and buy our next home. In selling our home, they knew what was needed in order for us to sell it quickly. They were honest and were always responsive as they accepted our calls during evenings, weekends, and even when Brandon had the flu. They also made it very easy to understand all the complexities of the processes involved in selling and buying a home. What we liked the most was the fact that they helped us make certain key decisions when we sold and bought a home. Unlike other agents we've worked with in the past who simply list a home and let it sell itself, Brandon and Ruth invested a large amount of time and effort to sell our home.
