Brandon Schuette | Associate Broker
Brandon Schuette brings nearly two decades of leadership, business management, and real estate experience to his clients throughout Western Colorado. As an Associate Broker with RE/MAX 4000, Brandon specializes in both commercial and residential real estate, helping buyers, sellers, investors, and business owners navigate complex transactions with confidence.
Prior to joining RE/MAX 4000, Brandon spent eight years with Coldwell Banker Commercial Prime Properties, where he advanced from Broker Associate to Managing Director. In that role, he was responsible for growing commercial real estate operations across six states, leading recruiting efforts, mentoring brokers, developing sales strategies, and implementing systems that improved performance company-wide. His dedication to professional development and leadership earned him the national Coldwell Banker Commercial Mentor of the Year Award in 2023.
Brandon's background extends beyond real estate. He previously served in leadership roles with Halliburton Energy where he worked in multiple job roles, eventually landing in a Continuous Improvement role. These experiences provide him with a unique understanding of business operations, investment analysis, and strategic decision-making—skills that directly benefit his real estate clients.
Known for his relationship-focused approach, Brandon is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial and real estate goals while providing honest guidance and exceptional service.
Outside of real estate, Brandon is deeply committed to serving the community. He has volunteered as a youth soccer coach with Fire FC since 2015, serves as a volunteer group leader at Fellowship Church, and co-hosts the annual Back 2 School Bash fundraiser benefiting the Dyslexic Foundation of Western Colorado. His dedication to mentorship, leadership, and community service reflects the same values he brings to every client relationship.
