I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Brandon! This was my first time buying a home so as you could assume I had a million questions and didn’t even know where to start. My husband and I were wanting to buy our first home. Brandon Roberts came highly recommended by a friend. My friend told me stuff like “he is the best realtor you will ever work with” and “he is a good person that will do everything he can to make your house purchase smooth”. I obviously thought she was overselling. I met him with extremely high expectations in my mind, of course! Let me just say he met and exceeded my expectations!!!! We put in a strong offer on the first house we viewed recently and we were outbid. We were devastated and he was there to talk through what could have gone wrong and how we can be realistic about the next offer. He assisted us in finding a BETTER HOUSE within our price range!! He was very patient and always provided any educational links that he could on any questions we had. He has a great spirit and a good attitude. He made our first home purchase SOOO easy. I am ready to go through it again anytime just don’t have the money for another house?? !! When we had rough days with finances or random questions he would answer our phone calls, emails and texts!... I am the type of customer that calls, text’s and emails at the same time and expect a reply in minutes or else I call and call…. and call or come to your office!!! For me being so annoying and asking a billion questions he never got annoyed and always made himself available or if he had days off provided us with a backup contact that knew what is going on and could help (it seems like he never takes time off )!! ANYWAYS after a quick search we got the second offer accepted and closed on the 28th day and we are in our own house!! I cannot believe that we are in our own home and we are happier than ever! Brandon is a respectful, caring, attentive, responsive, professional and an AMAZING realtor!!!
