My fiance and I had the pleasure of working with Brandon when purchasing our home in Eagle Rock. The both of us are fairly new to the LA area as we're from the Bay Area so we needed someone who knew the area well. We were originally looking for a place out west in Culver City, but soon realized that that juice was just not worth the squeeze. We spent one day viewing as many open houses as possible when we came across Brandon's name at one of the properties and gave him a call. We was honest with Brandon in telling him that we were in the process of shopping for a realtor and that we would be working with a few until we narrowed down our choice. We discussed with Brandon what our criteria and time horizon was and boy, did he listen. We viewed three properties on our first day out. Another three on our second day out. We put in an offer for the third property he showed us. Brandon had great suggestions on how to connect with the sellers and some tips on steps to take to make our offer more appealing. It worked! We had our offer accepted and went into escrow. Brandon was extremely hands on throughout the process and was present at every appointment we had from inspection to appraisal, etc. We closed within the month. We've had previous experience with real estate agents when purchasing investment properties and I have to say, we are quite satisfied with Brandon's work ethic, knowledge, professionalism and most importantly: warmth throughout and after the process. Excellent experience working with Brandon. I have never really had a great experience working with a realtor, they have all been mediocre at best. Working with Brandon exceeded all of my expectations; some highlights of my experience are as follows:<br/><br/>1) Brandon does not come across as a salesmen but instead a dedicated partner in the house hunt. Seems obvious but you would be surprised how many other agents missed this mark. <br/><br/>2) He has a keen ability to listen to your wants and come up with properties that capture the essence of what you are looking for. This resulted in a high percentage of properties we looked at being "contenders." <br/><br/>3) Negotiating and the offer process felt honest, with the main purpose to get my fiancé and I a great deal. <br/><br/>4) He is a pleasant, friendly guy to be around.
