Brandon really listened to what we were looking for in a new home. The houses he showed us were aligned with our needs and wants and he was honest with us about our expectations and reality. He went at our pace (which was on the faster side) and was willing to show us an many houses as we wanted to see. When we were ready to make an offer he helped us decide on what our best first offer would be and stayed in constant contact. This all happened while he was listing our current house, which his photographed, listed and sold in less than a week (with multiple offers). He even came over and took our dog for a walk while the house was being shown and we couldn’t make it home to scoop him up. Our experience with Brandon was great. He went above and beyond to provide us with everything we requested, and we requested a lot. We were living in Florida when we decided to build a summer home in Barre and could not be on site to monitor the progress. Brandon helped us monitor the progress by sending videos and pictures. He was also very responsive to all of our many questions and needs.
