I reached out to Brandon on a whim. I quickly learned how responsive, dedicated and compassionate he is not only in real estate but also at his job at the local gym. Brandon communicated with the seller on our behalf and was able to get the seller to agree to using a realtor and secured the land for us. Brandon went above and beyond his role by giving us advice and helping us through the construction process even though we had already closed on the land. He went on to also sell our home and correlated the timely perfectly with completion of our new home. We had several hiccups come up during the sell with the appraisal and the buyer's needs but Brandon worked to ensure everything was resolved and did not allow any compromises on our end. We didn't have to worry about a single thing because Brandon worked on our behalf and kept us in the loop of communication. Having worked with several realtors before, we can confidently say that Brandon is by far best realtor out there! We would highly recommend him to everyone. He is truly amazing!!
