He definitely exceeded all of my expectations. He is very patient and kind with a fun sense of humor. He was also extremely hardworking and diligent in meeting my needs. He was always willing to be flexible with my work schedule which was important during such a fast paced market. We had the pleasure of working with Brandon for well over a year. We had a very set list of must haves and it wasn't an easy task for someone to take on, especially in today's competitive market. Brandon didn't just met our expectations but he far exceeded them! Brandon was always on top of things. As soon as a listing was active, he was texting us to get us the earliest showing possible..often times before it actually became active on websites. He met us early mornings, late evenings, weekdays and weekends to ensure we saw the houses quickly. There were several times we considered settling on a home just to be done but Brandon reminded us of our wants and encouraged us not to settle. He could have easily let us settle but instead he worked as our advocate to ensure we were completely satisfied. We eventually found a piece of land to build our dream home that was for sale by owner. Brandon communicated with the seller on our behalf and was able to get the seller to agree to using a realtor and secured the land for us. Brandon went above and beyond his role by giving us advice and helping us through the construction process even though we had already closed on the land. He went on to also sell our home and correlated the timely perfectly with completion of our new home. We had several hiccups come up during the sell with the appraisal and the buyer's needs but Brandon worked to ensure everything was resolved and did not allow any compromises on our end. We didn't have to worry about a single thing because Brandon worked on our behalf and kept us in the loop of communication. Having worked with several realtors before, we can confidently say that Brandon is by far best realtor out there! We would highly recommend him to everyone. He is truly amazing!!

Brandon made the process so easy. He explained everything ever step through the process, pointed out things to watch for, ask about, etc. And was very accommodating with our schedules, children, etc. Highly recommend!
