Brandon was absolutely fantastic

Brandon was absolutely fantastic. Starting with exactly what I needed to do to prepare my house to be most appealing to potential buyers. Once the sign went up and we had quick offers, he walked me through how to assess different aspects of the offers so we could make the best decision. When the buyer‘s inspector came in, Brandon was there every step especially when some of the results were challenging. Each time I needed to review/sign a document, he would give me a heads up text so I knew to complete the review quickly. Negotiations also went smoothly landing us ready to close in no time. Brandon is not only knowledgeable, thorough, responsive and professional, he is also hilariously funny making even the challenges fun! Could not have asked for a better process start to finish. Would never consider using anyone else!
