FANTASTIC! When he told me my house was adorable (because that was how I felt about my house);I knew he was the agent for me! He told me we would not do a lot of negotiating on things to repair; because the house was priced right. Turns out there was only two easy fixes. He sold my house in 2 days! We could have sold in one day but I wanted to look at all the offers. We ended up having offers above the asking price! He was fun, delightful and kind!
