He made personalized short videos to instruct me about the paperwork with an explanation on what I was signing and followed up with a call or text. During the final walkthrough we discovered the closet doors weren’t hung as promised and with one phone call to the sellers agent he secured funds to purchase them so there wouldn’t be any delays in closing…impressive.
