Brandon has helped oversee multiple real estate transactions for me, and I couldn't have been happier. He has gone above and beyond what I would expect from a normal realtor. He consistently followed-up quickly to our inquiries and questions, no matter how many (and we had a lot), and met us at 'hot' houses fast that we knew would sell immediately. Once we found our home, his experience from his years as an attorney assisted us with negotiating our contract, and we felt confident that it did not need our attorney's review as he was so knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Brandon to our friends and family as a great realtor to sell or find your next home. We will definitely work with him again in the future if the need arises.

My wife and I are picky clients. I wouldn't say high maintenance, but picky. We like what we like and knew exactly where we wanted to live. Unfortunately, this makes finding the right home a challenge. Brandon was up to that challenge and helped us find a great home in a perfect location at the right price. He went above and beyond, even canvasing the desired neighborhood with flyers with our story and picture on to help entice homeowners not currently selling to perhaps consider selling their home to us. In my opinion, Brandon's law degree makes him uniquely qualified to handle various home purchasing situations that may arise. His knowledge of the law and contracts helped us to successfully navigate our home purchase. We will be working with Brandon if/when another sale or purchase comes up in the future.
