Where do I start? We reached out to Brandon in a panic after a realtor we chose thru a family referral left us high and dry. We thought we had a legitimate preapproval, we didn’t.. He had us contact a lender he works with and that night he had us one. We had probably 2 weeks at max to find a house, have an offer accepted, and to close within a 30 day time period to meet our current occupancy. To say we were stressed is an understatement as our current home was sold. Brandon sent us houses daily, on top of the MLS, and scheduled showings on a drop of a dime so we could get in. When it came time to submit our first offer we ran into a bidding war. Brandon new exactly what clauses to put to make it a strong offer and we won! Here we are just meeting our 30 day time frame for closing and what does it fall on? MLK day! Of course! Brandon made calls and made it happen because he knew we were literally to the day. He always kept us laughing! During the period of waiting on the offer he called to check in on us because he knew we were so anxious and scared. That was huge! He took time out of his day to make sure we were okay thru the very long 24 hours. We are beyond grateful for Brandon, his knowledge, and his character. He saved us! Please, when choosing your realtor, choose him. He made an impact on our lives we will never forget.
