My husband and I were looking to purchase a condo for my elderly father who was on a VERY fixed income, however we live in SC. My husband, who is also a realtor, reached out to his brokerage in Sarasota, and due to the tight budget we were on, no one was interested in helping us. My wife and I called a listing agent to see if we could look at his listing. We weren't planning on using an agent until we met Brandon. A stand up guy with good character goes along way with us. My wife couldn't make it to a day of showings and Brandon stepped right in showing multiple houses and helping with two babies. Was disappointed in alot of areas..response time to texts, lived in same complex I bought in and was not very helpful , he was on vacation for closing and never saw or heard from again..
