Communication was OK. Definitely could have done a little better on updates , and what’s going on. Things in the beginning were going great and towards the end, I felt like he just wanted to get the sell done.
Brandon did an outstanding job in guiding me through the selling process of my house. Not only was he responsive, he we able to provide me with ideas on what to do with the house to help it sell and how to sell it quickly. The house was only on the market less then 10 days and it was under contract. Overall, would recommend Brandon to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Colorado Springs / Pueblo areas!

We first met Brandon when we were just casually looking at a house several months ago. He was very well dressed when he met us there and the heater was underneath the house in a dirt crawl space. When I asked how old it was, rather than saying “I’ll find out and let you know,” he immediately removed the panel and crawled under to read the manufacture and service dates to me. That immediately earned my respect. We ended up buying a different house through him and he made the process extremely easy and seamless. We were in PA so completely relied on him to look at the house on our behalf. He gave us his honest opinions, both positive and negative so there were no surprises once we got there. He truly had our best interest in mind throughout the entire process so we can highly recommend him. We will definitely be back in touch with Brandon for our next real estate needs!
